Cancellation Policy

Overview

AP DEVOTION ENTERPRISE (Registration No: 202503329785) has established this cancellation policy to ensure clarity regarding project termination.

Definitions

  • Cancellation: The termination of a project or service before scheduled completion
  • Initial Planning Phase: Requirements gathering and project planning period
  • Development Phase: Active creation, coding, or design period
  • Final Review Phase: Refinement based on client feedback
  • Project Completion: Deliverables fully provided and approved

Client Cancellation

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to ahmadfakhrulradzi05@gmail.com
  • Notice should include your name, project details, and reason for cancellation
  • Clients are billed for work completed up to cancellation date
  • Initial deposits are non-refundable
  • Cancellation fees may apply based on project stage

Cancellation Fees

  • Before project start: forfeit of deposit only
  • During initial planning phase: 25% of total project fee
  • During development phase: 50% of total project fee
  • During final review phase: 75% of total project fee
  • After completion but before final delivery: 100% of total project fee

Notice Period

  • Small projects (less than 1 month): 7 days recommended
  • Medium projects (1-3 months): 14 days recommended
  • Large projects (over 3 months): 30 days recommended

Rights to Work Completed

  • Paid work completed up to the cancellation date will be provided to the client
  • Unpaid work remains property of AP DEVOTION ENTERPRISE
  • Partial or incomplete work may be provided at our discretion
  • Source files are provided only if included in the original contract and paid for

Service Provider Cancellation

AP DEVOTION ENTERPRISE may cancel services in case of client breach, non-payment, missing required inputs, legal concerns, or force majeure.

  • Provide notice when possible
  • Deliver completed work that has been paid for
  • Support transition where appropriate

Exceptions

Exceptions may be considered for medical emergencies, major business changes, or force majeure events.
